Beautiful pool area is perfect for relaxation.

Cleanliness issues really ruined our experience. The toilet was dirty, and we found leftover food from previous guests. Even after raising the complaint with management, it took way too long for staff to rectify the situation, and we ended up cleaning the room ourselves. The check-out process was chaotic with incorrect charges adding to our frustration.

We had a sweet time, but the rooms are pretty tired and need some TLC. Loved the top-notch service, especially from the bar folks.

Nice pool area with separate pools for kids. Cleanliness issues in the room definitely need addressing. Live music added enjoyment to our evenings.

unpleasant experience

our four-night stay was incredible! the staff, especially dimitris and kyriakos, provided top-notch service, while the food was the best i've ever had at an all-inclusive hotel. the entertainment and activities kept us engaged, and the beach was just a short walk away.

the check-out process was chaotic.
